We offer either an equal value exchange or credit note for returns providing items are returned in their unused original condition and unmarked packaging within 14 days of receiving the item. REFUNDS ARE ONLY OFFERED IN THE EVENT OF FAULTY GOODS. This does not affect your statutory rights.

However, in line with hygiene laws, we are unable to accept returns of Hair Accessories, earrings or necklace sets with earrings. Bespoke orders made to your specifications, unless faulty, are also non returnable.

If returning please send by a recorded delivery system (track and trace), which requires a signature on delivery, to ensure compensation for any loss or damage to goods. The customer is responsible for the safe delivery and postal costs of returned items.

In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods, return the item and its packaging within 14 days and your refund will be credited via your original payment method.

If your initial order incurred Europe or Overseas Postage and you wish to exchange an item, please allow longer delivery.

All custom orders from our Goldsmiths Workshop are final sale and do not qualify for any returns/exchanges or refunds.
